An Incredible Halloween

We took the kids to the mall for a Halloween event tonight. They had a blast meeting all of the other Incredibles. I should have worn my tennis shoes... they had us standing in line for all of the games :) The mall was abit crowed, but alot of fun!!!!

Bubble Bee

Olivia went to a Halloween Parade at Champaign County Nursing Home with her friend Brayden today. Of course, this is one of many costumes she had to choose from. I couldn't resist the "Bathroom Photography" session again.
Caleb & Olivia plan on trick or treating Saturday night. I can't wait to take their picture!

Ode to Uncle Kevin

Olivia makes many art projects at Preschool. She LOVES preschool. Today, in her bin, there were art projects with Kevin's name on it. I wasn't quite sure if I picked the correct art project. Of course, after I asked her who she made this for, she said "UNCLE KEVIN", I said, "OK", so explain to me what this picture means. She pointed out Kevin (with the eyes), Dominique (purple), Renee (pink) & KJ (next to Kevin)... I think she has a crush on Uncle Kevin. :) So, of course, instead of mailing the art projects right away to Kevin (emphisis on projects), I opted to blog it. Don't worry, you'll get them Thanksgiving Day :)

Bathroom Photographer Part II

Ok, so I can't figure out how to upload two photo's, so here is another post. I wanted to post Olivia's picture. She is cheesing it bad :)

Bathroom Photographer

This is my second attempt at blogging. I am sure I crashed the website :) Anyway, I thought I would start my blog by mentioning the events of the day...

Caleb wakes up (not by choice) at 6:45 am every morning. I usually get him dressed as he is too groggy to do it himself. It has been really dark in the morning lately, so it is even harder to get him out of bed. Today, I had my doubts that he would be able to go to school. He suffered a REALLY bad ear infection last night. I took him to convenient care and he didn't want to cry because he didn't want anyone to see him cry. He was so miserable that the nurse bumped him in front of everyone to get him looked at. Sure enough, his ear was BRIGHT red and they gave him ibuprofen at my request so I can get him some medicine w/o him in so much pain. Poor Caleb... he is such a sweet boy, it's so sad to see him in so much pain. Needless to say, his ear was feeling better and he was off to school this morning. I drive him to the bus stop at 7:10am and off he goes to school. Olivia and I had bible study this morning and she loves it. We are studying the book of Romans. She tells me all about Paul and his letter every time after BSF. Olivia and I went to Lunch Bunch playgroup hosted by Dori, then we came back home to pick up Caleb from the bus stop. Picking up Caleb is our favorite part of the day. Olivia and I look forward to seeing Caleb’s smiling face at 2:10pm!

Yesterday before the earache episode, I did a mock photo shoot. I call myself the "Bathroom Photographer". My sister Karen gave (lent) me some backdrops and I hung them up over my shower curtain rod. Hence "Bathroom Photographer". It was hard to get a good picture; the kids were not in the best of moods as it was the end of the day.
