Road Trip

The road back home from Grandma's was a quiet one to say the least. The kids played all night with their cousins and upon arrival, they crashed. Ron and I have gotten into the habit to bring their pajama's so minimal effort to the pillows in their own bed occurs. More on the cousins coming soon :)

Spring Break Pre-school Style

Olivia's teachers are so brave! This is why we pay for preschool. They set up two pools to celebrate the next week off. The kids were so excited, or should I say the girls in her class were.

I'm a little distracted with 15 seconds left in the Champaign Simeon game and boy is it a nail biter. Champaign was up 10 points most of the 2nd half. They just lost 51-46. So sad.

Anyway, with the weather nicer outside, the kids have been out all afternoon and excited for spring break. Caleb told me he has 10 days of no school. And for me, I'm getting the itch to paint some walls again. I have had so many projects started around the house, I feel a bit ADD. I'm hoping to get this disorder past me.

It's MARCH!!!!

I am so exciting it's March today. It's warm (almost 70 degrees), the sun is shining and we really don't need a coat today. I know, it is March today and tomorrow it will still be March and it will snow!

We had a great day with the kids. First church, Olivia sporting her church dress. We really don't dress up for church, but Olivia does. Then we went to the park. So much fun. The kids were so happy to run outside!!! I caught a few good ones of Caleb... I was being sneeky.. He tends to take better pictures when he knows I'm not looking through the lens.
